Shipping & Insurance
In Stock Items
To process an order generally takes 1-2 business days. If you need a
ring sized, you should allow 3 - 4 more days. Due to our special
automated system, packages are only shipped and insured via UPS - you
can choose either their ground or 2 day Air service when finalizing your
online order.
Items not in Stock
Items not in stock require additional shipping time as specified on the
product page of the item. They will be shipped as described above. |

Sales Tax Information
Only orders being shipped to Hawaii addresses will be charged Hawaii
State sales tax. All other orders are exempt from this tax.
Domestic Shipments
You will be provided with the option of either UPS Ground or UPS 2 day
Air while checking out. Total price will automatically be updated based
on your shipment selection.
International Shipments
For an international shipping quote please contact us at sales@iamparadise.com
or 1.877.295.2862. Be sure when contacting us via e-mail that you add us
to your "trusted" or "allowed" contact list, otherwise you may not
receive our e-mail reply. When using UPS we will charge only actual cost
and insurance charges. Shipping costs typically range from $20 - $70.
Customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please make note
that all prices on our website, as well as shipping cost estimates, are
in US dollars.
I Am Paradise is happy to ship to almost any International country with
few restrictions. Due to the high usage of fraudulently obtained credit
card numbers in several Asian and Eastern European countries, it is
necessary for us to verify both the billing address and card ownership
before any item is shipped to either location.
Under no circumstances will any credit card from Indonesia, Romania,
Russia, Turkmenistan, Philippines, or African nation be accepted.
Please note that some shipments may require customs duty. Please check
with your country's customs department for the current duty rates.
Ring Sizing (Items in Stock)
For ring orders, please allow an additional 3 -4 business days for your
order. Some rings have sizing limitations due to their design - you will
be contacted if your sizing request is not possible or will require
additional time to complete.
