| If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line purchase we will be happy to give you a full refund if we receive the returned item(s) within 60 day(s) of the order shipment date. To receive a full refund the item(s) must be returned in original, unused and unworn condition within 60 days after shipment date. Custom Orders or Special Orders and modified or altered items cannot be returned. |

Watches that have been worn or altered cannot be returned or exchanged. Please provide a copy of your sales receipt or provide the name of the purchaser along with returned item(s).
Any returned item(s) received by us later then 60 days after the order shipment date will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
We will not process any returned item(s) for exchange or store credit if received over 120 days from order shipment date.
